A Venture AOT tier list cannot copy Attack on Titan Revolution’s family chart. There is no Fritz, no Ackerman banner, no 400-pity. The things you invest in are skill unlocks (doubling cost) and movement habits (the physics solver). This hub points at those two lists. If you came here from a “best family” search, leave through getting started and learn Q/E instead.
How we rank
Criteria, in order:
- Does it save gas or grabs in Freeplay?
- Does it still work after a missed nape?
- Does it scale when skill prices double?
- Does it help a squad or only a montage?
- Is it even in Venture, or did we accidentally describe Revolution?

- Skill tier list — Gas Burst in S, vanity slashes in the basement until you can nape on command.
- Movement tier list — release-and-reel versus W-hold, Shift spam, and titan-as-travel.
Pair them with a concrete loadout on skill builds and the drills in how to swing.
What will never appear on these lists
- Families, serums, thunder spear raid modifiers, emperor keys.
- Revolution perk names (Kengo, Black Flash, etc.).
- “Secret Shiki” or any other game’s unobtainable.
- Scripted auto-nape as a “playstyle.” That is a scripts warning, not a tier.
How often this hub updates
When testers change gas, add a swing-without-fuel flag, or shuffle skill costs, ranks move. A generous tank makes Shift-heavy styles look better than they are. A stingy tank restores reel-and-release to S. Always read gas management next to this page.
If a patch adds a new skill, it starts in unranked until people have paid the doubled cost for it. Early buyers are not a meta; they are a sample size of one clip.
How to use a rank without ruining your account
S-tier does not mean buy four S-tier skills. It means buy Burst first, then one skill that matches your deaths. If you die to grabs, mobility. If you die to misses, stay on how to kill titans before you spend. The doubling curve is less forgiving than any list.
